More people are surviving cancer than ever before, but it can still impact many aspects of your life. CHI St. Alexius Health hosts a variety of programs to help cancer survivors manage the different challenges cancer presents.

All classes are free and are held from 6:30 - 7:30 pm in Boniface Auditorium (accessible through the east patient entrance).

Yoga & Stress Relief with Leah Neugebauer, FNP-C, WHNP-BC

Join us for 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of other stress-relieving exercises in this interactive session.

About the Presenter
Leah is a nurse practitioner at CHI St. Alexius Hematology & Oncology Clinic, with more than ten years of experience caring for cancer patients and survivors. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Recently, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training to further her personal practice. Leah is excited to share her love of yoga with the patients she cares so deeply. In her free time, aside from yoga, Leah enjoys spending time with her family and friends boating on the river or sailing on Lake Sakakawea.
