Managing stress and anxiety as well as possible is important for health and healing through cancer treatment and recovery. Dr. Feil will discuss the connection between stress, health, and healing and provide practical tips and exercises to help calm the mind and body.

Held in the CHI St. Alexius Health Boniface Auditorium (enter through the east patient entrance).

CHI St. Alexius Health hosts a variety of programs to help cancer survivors, caregivers, and family, manage the different challenges cancer presents. The sessions are meant to support patients and loved ones whether they are going through active treatment, in surveillance, or grieving the loss of a loved one to cancer.
