Night for the Stars raises money for CHI St. Alexius to buy Cardiac MRI

More than 600 area residents were bidding, wine-ing, and dining at a night of stars. Sometimes called the adult prom of Bismarck, the 5th annual CHI St. Alexius' Night for the Stars is in line to be another success for health care this year. The goal for tonight is to raise enough money to buy the region's first Cardiac MRI. With artwork and a pontoon on the line it's sure to be a good night. The star for tonight is Brooke Bergfeld who will be sharing her story with the audience.

"If it wasn't for our donors and the guests that are here this evening, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. Healthcare definitely is a community function, a community event, and CHI St. Alexius Health's mission is to create healthier communities, and it takes a community to do that," said Kilee Harmon, the Development Director for CHI St. Alexius.

Last year's Night for the Stars raised over two hundred and sixty thousand dollars for CHI St. Alexius.
