Due to the number of influenza cases in the community and statewide, CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck is restricting visitation hospital wide to immediate family only.
Restrictions:
- Visitation is restricted to immediate family only
- Clinic, Emergency Room, Laboratory and Radiology patients who are experiencing flu-like symptoms or who have not received the influenza vaccine are required to wear a mask
Individuals who are ill or are experiencing flu-like symptoms should not visit. The restrictions will remain in place until the threat of influenza has passed and returned to normal seasonal levels.
The general public is reminded it is not too late to vaccinate against influenza. In addition, it is important to always cover your cough and practice good hand hygiene.
