9:45 - 10 am: Break & Door Prizes
10 - 10:45 am: Diabetes & Exercise with Kyle Smith, Physical Therapist
10:45 - 11:15 am: Diabetes Bingo with Brooke Fredrickson, RDN, LRD, CDE
11:15 - 12 Noon: Lunch (included for attendees)

Most medical plans provide coverage for this service. Two hours of diabetes education will be billed to your medical plan. If you pre-register and do not have coverage, you will be notified prior to Diabetes Education Day.
