Thank you for taking the time to support our foundation

In April 2016, the Foundation became "CHI St. Alexius Health - Dickinson Foundation" as the hospital joined with 12 other locations in North Dakota to form the CHI St. Alexius Health Regional Healthcare System. Our foundation remains an independent, local entity which raises funds for direct needs at our Dickinson location.

The mission of the Foundation is to support programs and projects related to health care through which donors can share in the philanthropic goals of the hospital. The ultimate recipient of a gift could be a member of your family, a close friend, or a neighbor receiving care at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible and can provide considerable tax advantages. There are many gifting opportunities including donations of stock, cash, charitable gift annuities, insurance proceeds, gifts-in-kind, real estate, trusts, and wills.

The Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of community leaders and area residents who annually meet to set a program of work to accomplish the goal of building the endowment fund, administering grant requests, scholarships, and carrying out projects essential to growth and development.

Foundation Coordinator Robyn McChesney is eager to discuss the many ways individuals and organizations can support healthcare at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson. To visit with Robyn, call 701.456.4746

Recently year end tax statements were mailed to donors. The statement's receipt amount reflects your gift amount, less any goods or services received. *Goods or services would be a luncheon, dinner, golf, training, etc. If you purchased a raffle ticket or paid for mulligans, skins, or an extra ruler at the golf event, those instances are not tax-deductible. The cost of a raffle ticket is not deductible as a charitable contribution, even if the ticket is sold by a nonprofit organization. The IRS considers a raffle ticket to be a contribution from which you benefit for buying a chance to win a prize. For questions, please contact us at 701.456.4746. Thank you again for your gifts.
