Dickinson, ND – At the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet held on April 30, 2019, CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson received the Chamber Choice Award for Young Professionals Best Place to Work of the Year.
CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson’s hospital and clinics employ 338 individuals, making it one of the largest employers in Dickinson. Staff development initiatives that have attracted and retained quality young professionals to CHI St. Alexius Dickinson include the organization’s ongoing, staff-run Service Excellence Program and its current pursuit of Magnet Nursing status.
