Community Health Improvement Grants
The Community Health Improvement Grants Program is funded by contributions from our member hospitals. In awarding community grants, we actively partner with non-profit organizations working to improve health and quality of life in the communities we serve.
Please note: CHIGs are unavailable for Bismarck, Garrison, and Turtle Lake in 2027.
